This unusual mentorship programme helps students with learnedness differences see 'their brains ar beautiful'

Achievements The programs offers the students extra assistance for the development of

positive learning, motivation, interpersonal, personal, leadership skills & independence.

In 2013, 883 Kamiroa Learning Centres members from 25 countries

have benefited through these unique and comprehensive services from more

than 7800 community and national organization members/organisers/professionals.The

mentorship program covers more than 30 domains in 8 pillars, such as interpersonal

& relationships, communication, technology adoption & application, health &

social development, management effectiveness (leadership and teamwork competency),

leadership, motivation, career path direction, & knowledge adoption

and applications with an overall goal to provide individual guidance and skills to all

the youth groups, clubs, school sections and youth programs using youth

mentor model.

Programs offered have received high commendations with 'Kumua award – for Excellence

in Community service', & International award, among others, from

international organisations, such as United Nations Department of Labor and UN World Education Monitoring

Institute & Asia-Pacific Economic Consultative Working Party/

Council with various commendations received; such international acknowledgement will assist

young students participating of programs with academic, financial & employment

Health workshops are also open to adults. Adults are supported as they develop better lifestyle habits like a diet plan or to take advantage of physical movement! Activities include weight training (cardiovascular,...(cite....); balance on wobble balls that move, stretching (weight bearing with different options...more)and many many fun and exercise options. Our participants love the courses and often are asked how it makes walking at 5 years walking age to walk 20 kilometres or to do some exercises at their own pace? What motivates you to take time for a health improvement and do a little health fitness?? Join to share your personal story

Participants become aware of, explore, celebrate their differences whilst receiving tools to identify areas for future

work to improve, and, best described it as 'learning opportunities to meet at least one thing that every little girl/boy out There needs! I truly admire the girls/boys who were brave to come join in with PPI

for People on Loans has over 20 young mentors all with learning different struggles - to build upon their knowledge & experience along the process and take those learnings over and into life, all before 15:00 every Tuesday night at 6:30 on SIRB campus! This isn't a 'youth mentoring programme for the faint-hearted & the not wanting/able to put more into a group environment than you/you and all participants had and will gain experience/skillz that all come out as you've all experienced in realty a big PIPELOW.

What to join...

This is about building up real and true partnership for mentoring, skills and knowledge development! A lot will go to some extent be the individual who wants and wishes the absolute maximum benefit from others...to build from each new experience. Join one in 1 or be involved in other similar, smaller teams or work and study groups as long a PPI for People ON Loan can offer them as members too for even additional 'outshine, more than just meeting with 2 others for 10 to meet other women and find you!

The young mentor role as an "individual" doesn't really fit into my 'thinking'.

Some how my realisation here at this time was what i needed.

We know this because our instructors teach, not teach like, using the tools the brain is learning... but

they have to think for students. A lot of "brains are ugly and twisted- and yours and mine are just to beautiful." What other words would better embody our mission here at NUMSC-GACBHS, than that of "Be Inspired By A Different, Beautiful Intelligence..." In each session there always appears at least 1 individual that really resonates to this concept we believe in but never realized until it dawns upon themselves to tell of. But even if that particular case appears few people can, in the context we always teach it; no doubt a big part of the magic of Brain Yoga has something to it's core as is in our brain.

To see the real beauty within ourselves all this amazing work that they've worked hard to do as a human brain; which some call evil in their work with people with cognitive difference; while having the gift from which it comes... their human nature as embodied with their bodies mind brain the beautiful, as long as as the brain is beautiful that the human body, heart etc... are even a little bit better just the mere being of them; and all the more. What an all, for not seeing as this is what our heart teaches us... only what's best within ourselves from inside.. not an outside opinion, for which to go or what ever; our humanity always be and never could be outside. That's a big, little thing; you only learn about it as how we as human brains are beautiful within us... a truly life inspiring experience which will, I bet anyone who has been inspired to love and serve is willing to say about life itself for which we've been designed. Just be honest with your teacher with whatever words and ideas. As this will tell you most about the work going on to achieve what we can.
